Sonico is an AI-powered city companion that turns any walk into a story. With short, immersive audio guides (about 1–3 minutes each), Sonico helps you understand what you’re seeing—whether it’s a famous landmark, a quiet street corner, or a neighborhood you just stumbled into. Instead of long tours or rigid schedules, you get quick, high-quality narration designed for exploring at your own pace, with natural-sounding voices and a focus on history and cultural context.

The service is built for travelers and curious locals who want more than a map pin. Open the app, pick a city or location, and listen to a compact guide that delivers the key background and details without dragging on. Sonico supports nine languages—English, Mandarin, Japanese, French, Korean, Arabic, German, Italian, and Spanish—making it easy to explore in the language you’re most comfortable with.

Sonico follows a pay-per-guide model, so there are no subscriptions to manage. You simply access the guides you want, when you want them. A radar feature for discovering hidden spots is also planned (coming soon), aiming to help you uncover lesser-known places and local gems beyond the typical tourist path.

Currently, Sonico is available as an iOS Beta app, with Android support listed as coming soon.
